Irving
The original dwelling (built just before the 1929 stock market crash) was completely renovated with thoughtful additions to provide more usable interior space, along with easy access to the outdoors. The laundry was relocated from the basement to the upstairs for convenience and yields a private guest suite on its own floor level. A strategically located mudroom connects the kitchen to the south yard for outdoor dining and sauna/cold plunges. A new screen porch, exercise room, and roof deck were thoughtfully added to the existing home to overlook the nearby creek.
